Is anyone interested in these Gucci Original ‘Lookalike’ Sunglasses from the 1970’s?

Jack Nicholson owned them!

It is likely these ‘Lookalike’ Sunglasses date back to the 1960’s?

I understand the Polaroid Lens was invented in the 1930’s.

Did you know that rumour’s have surfaced that the Gucci Brand was first pioneered in Australia?

I know I was there…

These glasses came into my possession when growing up in Canberra when I was 12 years old. I first wore the glasses in 1976 at age of 6 years old.

In the early 1980’s I remember being told they are worth a lot of money…

It is said an original pair of Gucci sunglasses sold for as much as $800,000.00

I believe US $150,000.00 to $250,000.00 is a fair asking price for these Sunglasses. Please note this is US Dollars.

I haven’t worn the sunglasses as much as expected and considering their age, they are in great condition. The frame is in sturdy perfect working order with Polaroid Lens. The Lens however has minor scuff marks as expected for glasses that are decades old.

Perhaps A-Listers and the Entertainment Industry are interested in this important part of history?

I also have more interesting information for the buyer relating to the glasses and where they were made.

More photo’s can be provided.

I will gladly sell these on a selling platform of your choice such as ebay, amazon and graysonline.
