Where is the best University in Australia to Learn about Bonds and Financial Instruments?

According to the Wikipedia Bond Market Article, Bonds Issued by a Government have been in existence since 1693 by the newly formed Bank of England.

As Bonds are Sold by the Australian Government you would expect Citizens to be Protected by Laws that Govern the Country with Australian Universities offering Training to Protect Australian Citizens.

Is it possible to Study All Aspects of Bonds in Australia ranging from the Investing of Bonds to the Defrauding of Bonds, along with Crimes such as Embezzlement and Theft of Bonds in Australia?

Is the Australian Government Obliged to Offer this Education in all aspects of Bonds and what are the Consequences if they are unable to offer this Education?

The Affidavit

I have a current Supreme Court case. An affidavit has been filed with the Supreme Court. Responses by a defendant to this affidavit are frivolous and used to cause annoyance, if you know what I mean…

My response to the defendant’s accusations is a second affidavit that can be ‘peeled off’ to the original affidavit.

This ‘peeling off’ system is used widely through-out the Legal arena as the affidavit demands a true or false answer. A false answer can lead to imprisonment.
