If the Idea is well executed, the Idea worth a lot more.

If nobody knows of the Idea and the Idea is not executed, I expect the Idea is worthless.

Should people receive money for their Inspiration upon others. The movie, music and fashion industries are known to use people for Inspiration for their Ideas.
