I have a couple of questions relating to Realestate in Australia and perhaps Abroad.
How easy is it to Steal Realestate in Australia?
Is it possible for a Third Party to sign documents on your behalf without you knowing and get away with Stealing Acres of Realestate?
Does anyone know of any examples?
Is there a Code of Conduct and what are the consequences if this is Breached and who does this Code of Conduct apply to?
On a separate matter, what happens when a Deceased Estate is incorrectly Executed in a Fraudulent Manner. How does the True Owner of the Land recover their property?
I imagine it would be an easy process to find the True Owners of Property, as there is a lot of paperwork involved in the Sale and Purchase of Land in Australia.
