If you have been following My Blog, primarily the Crime is about the following:

Bonds that belong to Myself have been Stolen with Fraud committed upon them.

I currently have Australian Securites & Investment Commission (ASIC) Whistleblower Rights and Protections. I have had these protections since the year 2023.

I have a Legal Case in the Supreme Court of NSW in Australia.

When Money was Stolen from My Possession, I complained to the Police and ASIC.

I do not wish to alarm you however the Main Offender to the Theft has passed away more than Ten Years ago.

I made an Official Police Report in Paper and with a Phone Call to Police in 1998, at the time of the Theft. I was given a Crime Incident Number (CIN).

To continue, My Signature had to be used to Endorse the Bonds that were made payable to Myself after the Theft. The Law was Broken. Fraud was then Committed over the following Years with the Misuse of My Signature.

Unfortunately to My knowledge there is no Financial Reward for being a Whistleblower to ASIC.

I believe ASIC and the Police are Legally Obliged to provide me with a Lawyer to solve the Crime. If not, should Australia be selling these Bonds?

In summary I would like to state the following to assist a Legal Inquiry:

I believe I am permitted to state that to my knowledge in order for the Bonds to be accepted in a Bank, due care must be taken to ensure the Bonds have not been Stolen. A Legally Binding International Declaration will have been signed stating the Bonds have not been Stolen and Imprisonment is likely for offenders.
