Bonds that belong to Myself have been Stolen with Fraud committed upon them.

When I was 17 years old my Doctor wished to re-imburse me for money that was stolen while I was under his care.

I was donated $200 Million dollars from the Vatican church. This was later divided by Twenty Military personnel.

The $10 Million dollars I was to receive was stolen by Nicole Wilson, a High School classmate while in his Doctor’s Practice. She also Stole Realestate.

When my Doctor finally remembered I was to receive the money, We decided to invest the money in Financial Bonds and Realestate.

My Doctor purchased the Financial Bonds in Australia.

The Bonds were later Stolen along with more Realestate.

My signature has been used without My Permission to Bank the Financial Bonds.

My Signature has also been used without My Permission to Steal My Realestate Property.

Police, I would like these Crimes Investigated.

I currently have Australian Securites & Investment Commission (ASIC) Whistleblower Rights and Protections. I have had these protections since the year 2023.

I have a Legal Case in the Supreme Court of NSW in Australia.

When Money was Stolen from My Possession, I complained to the Police and ASIC.

I do not wish to alarm you however the Main Offender to the Theft has passed away more than Ten Years ago.

I made an Official Police Report in Paper and with a Phone Call to Police in 1998, at the time of the Theft. I was given a Crime Incident Number (CIN).

To continue, My Signature had to be used to Endorse the Bonds that were made payable to Myself after the Theft. The Law was Broken. Fraud was then Committed over the following Years with the Misuse of My Signature.

Unfortunately to My knowledge there is no Financial Reward for being a Whistleblower to ASIC.

I believe ASIC and the Police are Legally Obliged to provide me with a Lawyer to solve the Crime. If not, should Australia be selling these Bonds?

In summary I would like to state the following to assist a Legal Inquiry:

I believe I am permitted to state that to my knowledge in order for the Bonds to be accepted in a Bank, due care must be taken to ensure the Bonds have not been Stolen. A Legally Binding International Declaration will have been signed stating the Bonds have not been Stolen and Imprisonment is likely for offenders.

In True Real Life, this is NOT TRUE. Bearer Bonds are protected by a Contents Insurance Policy.

I expect my Bonds are Insured?

If my Bonds, being Order Instruments are Not Insured, I demand to know, Why Not?

Investigators, please understand my frustration, however why is the Investigation taking so long?

It would be ideal if I was to receive My Financial Compensation through an Insurance Payout, so I can move on with My Life as it is meant to happen.

The Crime Committed can continue to be investigated long after this compensation is paid.

I believe Insurance can be paid by the following method:

1. The Banking Sector.
   • Banks have Endorsed Bonds – Fraud has been committed upon the Bonds.
   • To cover this Bank’s have a Standard Liability Insurance of $10 Trillion Dollars.
2. The Legal Practice of which had Care of the Bonds.
   • Bonds were Mishandled from a Legal Practice which must have a Standard Liability Insurance of $200 Billion Dollars. Otherwise, the Business is Operating Illegally.

The Compensation I expect to be paid is far less than these amounts.

BTW. I Demand Practicing Lawyers are working on the Investigations. If not, I understand a separate crime is being committed by Australian Organisation’s that are aware of the Crime.

Investigators, I Demand I have the Money Owing to Myself as soon as possible.
