I have a couple of questions relating to Realestate in Australia and perhaps Abroad.

How easy is it to Steal Realestate in Australia?

Is it possible for a Third Party to sign documents on your behalf without you knowing and get away with Stealing Acres of Realestate?

Does anyone know of any examples?

Is there a Code of Conduct and what are the consequences if this is Breached and who does this Code of Conduct apply to?

On a separate matter, what happens when a Deceased Estate is incorrectly Executed in a Fraudulent Manner. How does the True Owner of the Land recover their property?

I imagine it would be an easy process to find the True Owners of Property, as there is a lot of paperwork involved in the Sale and Purchase of Land in Australia.

My family member Sandy Cuthbertson had money of mine to invest.

How he came into possession of it is a long story, perhaps I will make this story public in the future…

Sandy had money of mine that he needed for personal reasons and for investments.

Sandy purchased and invested money into medium sized businesses. The owners of the businesses he knew or became friends with over time.

Investments of $5M were made using my name being somehow connected to these businesses.

I believe I am owed the following money:

Compensation based on 8% compound interest over approximately a 30 year period starting in approximately 1994.

I would like these businesses to be lawful and pay me my money Sandy wished for me to receive through these clever investments. I understand many of these businesses have returns far greater than the amount of money I am wishing to claim as mine.

A legally binding Cost Of Sale Contract will be prepared and made available in the next few weeks.

Call the Sheriff, I have been robbed…

In addition, a close personal friend also had property for me to invest in. A Real Estate buy over arrangement was arranged, however failed at the hands of unscrupulous friends I no longer know. I wanted my friends to be a part of the Real Estate Development transactions. They have blatantly committed fraud by using my signature and stolen the money while I was on a two-year overseas holiday.
