I am an Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) Whistleblower.

I have ASIC Whistleblower Rights and Protections. This is also known as Whistleblower Privileges.

I could be perceived as being an Upstanding Citizen prepared to protect other people by writing a Report to ASIC to Witness a Crime or Prevent a Crime occurring. In Australia, this is also known as a Crime Stopper Report when reporting to the Police.

In this instance I am a Whistleblower because I have Reported a Crime has been Commit Against My Person.

I am the Victim of a Serious Financial Crime.

The Crime is the Theft of Financial Bonds that Fraud has been committed upon. My signature has been used without my consent and money has been withdrawn from the Banking Sector incorrectly.

It should be noted the Corporations Act protects a Whistleblower against Legal Action relating to the Whistleblower disclosure. The Corporations Act protects a Whistleblower against certain Legal actions related to making the Whistleblower disclosure, including:

a) Criminal Prosecution (and the disclosure cannot be used against the whistleblower in a prosecution, unless the disclosure is false)

b) Civil Litigation (such as for breach of an employment contract, duty of confidentiality, or other contractual obligation), or

c) Administrative Action (including disciplinary action).

If you are the subject of an action for making a Whistleblower disclosure, you may rely on this protection in your defence.

INFORMATION FOR LAWYERS

I NEED A LAWYER TO RETRIEVE THE INFORMATION OF THE STOLEN BONDS. This information will be the Original Numbers of the Bonds. Similar to a Bank Cheque.

I believe the Lawyer will simply Subpoena the correct Banking Entity for this information. This is the Supplier of the Bonds or the Government Organisation where the Bonds were originally purchased.

I believe this to be the Reserve Bank of Australia or the Australian Office of Financial Management. The later currently sells Bonds.
