Below is an ¹Affidavit that has been sworn that relates to the Legal Case that is currently in the Supreme Court.

Below is a handout accepted by the Supreme Court relating to the Corporations Act Protections I have achieved. It is apparent there is no risk for a Law Firm to continue Legal proceedings on my behalf.

To simplify, I require a Lawyer to complete the following tasks:

1. A Court Order to Subpoena the ASIC Registrar for all details of bonds.
2. A Court Order to Subpoena the AFP for a historical police report made in 1999.
3. Notice of Motions I have filed to be actioned:
   • Defendants served adequately.
   • Pleadings read in my absence, with the reasonable cause of action addressed as required by the Notice of Orders Made.
4. Omit recent Joint Court Book served by defendant eight.
   • Directions Hearing stage.
5. LITIGATE.

Just to let you know there are seven witnesses to the crime that I have called up for the Supreme Court hearings. I trust they will provide evidence. To date there has only been one attendee of the seven witnesses. When the witnesses attend Court, I will be able to gather evidence as required.

1. An affidavit is a written statement where the contents are sworn or affirmed to be true. An affidavit should set out facts, not opinion.
   Each item is addressed with a true or false answer.
   A false answer can lead to imprisonment. ↩︎
2. The defendant has responded with an affidavit that contains false information that is delaying Court proceedings. This defendant’s affidavit is frivolous and is used to cause annoyance.
   My response to the defendant’s accusations is a second affidavit that can be ‘peeled off’ to the original affidavit.
   This ‘peeling off’ system is used widely through-out the Legal arena as the affidavit demands a true or false answer.
   After ‘peeling off’ the unwanted affidavits the defendants are likely to provide with untrue information, I will be left with my original affidavit.
   This original affidavit will be used for the final Court hearing. ↩︎
